Services are provided virtually to clients across the United States where permitted by law.

All services provided are educational and consulting-based in nature.


2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website or our services, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old, you are legally able to enter into agreements, all information provided is accurate and truthful.


3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Loyalty Concepts Consulting LLC does not guarantee:

specific credit score increases, account deletions, vender approvals, funding approvals, mortgage approvals, financial approvals, debt elimination, business funding, or any other specific financial outcome.

All results vary based on:

each client’s unique credit profile, financial behavior, payment history, participation, creditor reporting practices, and outside financial institutions.

Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

provide truthful and accurate information, submit requested documentation in a timely manner, maintain communication throughout services, maintain required credit monitoring services if applicable, make payments according to agreed payment schedules, avoid submitting fraudulent, misleading, or false information.

Failure to cooperate may delay, limit, pause, or terminate services.


6. PAYMENT TERMS

Certain services require:

initial service fees, recurring monthly payments, consultation fees, digital product purchases, or other agreed payment arrangements.

By purchasing services, clients authorize Loyalty Concepts Consulting LLC to charge the payment method provided.

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

suspension of services, delayed processing, cancellation of services, denial of future services, collection efforts where permitted by law.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.


7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Clients may cancel services within three (3) business days of signing their agreement where applicable by law.

After the cancellation period:

payments made are non-refundable, consultation fees are non-refundable, digital product purchases are non-refundable, and fees paid for services already initiated are non- refundable.

Refunds are not guaranteed once:

administrative work, strategy preparation, onboarding, consultation time, or service processing has begun.

Chargebacks made without proper communication or valid justification may be disputed by the Company using documented agreements and communication records.


8. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & CONSENT

By using our website or services, clients consent to receive:

emails, text messages, invoices, reminders, marketing communications, appointment confirmations, and electronic documents.

Electronic signatures, acknowledgments, agreements, and communications shall be considered legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We are not responsible for: third-party outages, technical failures, data breaches, platform policy changes, interruptions, or actions taken by third-party providers.

Clients are encouraged to review all third-party policies separately.


10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All services, website content, digital products, and materials provided by Loyalty Concepts Consulting LLC are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, uninterrupted service, accuracy, non-infringement, or guaranteed results.
